Engr (Dr.) Godstime Osemwegie FNSE
Managing Director/CEO
Engr. Godstime Osemwegie PhD is a graduate of Civil Engineering with a B.Eng. (Hons) with upper division from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He has over 20 years of cognate experience in the Oil & Gas Industry which includes:
– The design & construction of oil and gas civil infrastructures
– Dredging & reclamation works
– SBM/SPM mooring operations
– Provision and Management of marine vessels
– Diving/Subsea services
Over the years he has gained extensive skills in combining business acumen with technical savvy to achieve improved operating efficiency internally and improved project deliverables for the business as a whole. These accomplishments have been achieved by improving information flow and cooperation between management and staff.
After over 20 years, he has a thorough understanding of every aspect of the design, construction and commissioning of oil and gas civil infrastructures. He is currently the MD/CEO of GTKATE ENGINEERING & MARINE SERVICES LIMITED which is actively involved in the provision of engineering, construction and marine services in the oil & gas industry.

He has attended several training programs in Nigeria and abroad in HSE, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Development, Marine Infrastructure Design & Construction, and Dredging/Reclamation.
He is a COREN Registered Engineer, Fellow of NSE (FNSE), member of NICE and FIOGR. Married to Kate Osemwegie Esq., with three children, he is a visionary leader and mentor who has built a globally competitive company from humble beginnings. His passion for youth empowerment and nation building continues to create impact across generations.

Mr. David Omoruyi Osemwegie
General Manager
David is a seasoned Marine Construction and Supply Chain Management professional with over 15 years of experience in marine operations, construction (onshore/offshore), and supply chain management. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin.
Known for strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills, David is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Internal Auditor and an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor.
